How is that possible!?...I'm am truly baffled. I myself cannot always get those damn things open....and I have opposable thumbs!!!

I'm with norma jean on this one seriously, I have to use a butter knife or scissors to get mine open...and even that doesn't always work...your dog must be some kind of super dog...with super doggie sliding glass door opening potty trained powers that I am envious of...
