Today I bumped into my resident that has been living here since the Apartment complex opened. Since 1985. The year I was born actually. Her rent was capped in 2013.
I did the math, on how much rent she's paid since she's lived here. And I was blown away! I said to Marg, Fun fact. Did you know that since you've lived here, you've paid enough rent that you could of literally bought this whole complex by now!!
She was like SERIOUSLY? Omg she said! You could be working for me she chuckled. I said that's true! I would be honored!
She said I could of owned THIS whole property? And here I am driving a 25 year old Toyota... Omg... 😂😂😂
