ohio officially hates this girlie here.
i'm sitting in front of my laptop, lovedrug blasting over the speakers, peppermint tea not too far off and a biiiiig box of Puffs Plus for my nose. *sniffle* it's bloody cold! i think the heat to my room was cut off or something. i walk out of my bedroom and bam! i'm hit with heat. why isn't it wafting it's way into my room? hermph. i guess i'll just huddle under the blankets to keep meself warm until another human body comes along to cuddle up next to.
i feel like the big girl that i am. i balanced my check book, ordered more checks (Hello Kitty ones at that!!!), baked brownies and made sure my oh-so-ill roomie is still alive. [i spent an hour or so at grady memorial last nite in delaware county b/c roomie number 2 was taken to the ER.
she was on her way back from choir tour with the college choir and she started to shake uncontrolably, she had a high fever and eventually she could barely breathe. i was a lil worried when a friend of mine called and told me the news. thankgoodness she's in her room now, all under the covers and reccopin']
anywhoooo.... we started decorating for Christmas at the library. what fun. i spent my entire time there making the only Christmas tree look as god-awful as possible. we had fun, a little too much fun.
over all, SGland, it's been a good day. i'm oh-most-thankful for my collection of blankets and peppermint tea and lovedrug (whom i saw on saturday nite. *swoon*) until next time.
