So, onto the topic. "What is the craziest thing you've ever done?"

Believe it or not, I'm not nearly as wild in my actions as I am my personality. It actually took me some time to think about this and this is what I came up with. (These will be in order of occurrence, not ranked by craziness.)

One of the craziest things (to me) that I've done is met up with someone I only ever talked to online, and drove two hours out of town with him. About five years ago, I became friends with a gentleman on Facebook through a mutual acquaintance, a girl I worked with. We talked pretty frequently, and one day he told me he was going to a Coldplay concert out of town. I was pretty jealous and made a comment about how it sucked that I had to work all day and couldn't do fun things so he suggested I just call off and go with him. I did (I don't remember the reason I gave to my job) and I met up with him. We ditched my car in a Walmart parking lot, road tripped down, and had a pretty cool time. (Even cooler was that I could rub it in my ex's face, who I was still fighting with, because he loved Coldplay.) On the way back he got really sick, and I pestered him with endless stupid questions, but we ended up dating for over a year, and are still pretty good friends, so there's that. Still, when I told best friends, they were shocked that I'd been so reckless and put myself in potential danger.

The second crazy thing I've done was having my first and only threesome a bit over three years ago. There was a concert I really wanted to go to, but it was at an undesirable club with a very questionable reputation, so I didn't want to go alone. I put out a general query on Facebook, and a girl I'm sort-of-but-not-really-at-all friends with said she'd go. I wanted to see the band badly enough that I bought us tickets (she paid for hers) and we headed up when I got off work that night. She is definitely a clubbing/hookup sort of girl, so we drank (a bit more than we probably should have) and ended up hanging out with a trio of cool dudes (one of whom is now my husband.) This girl was definitely out for the kill, because she tried to work her way through each one of them. One had kids and a fiancé at home (now-husband; although that relationship was failing miserably) and the other had a wife and baby on the way. So, she set her sights on the third dude and with some gentle persuasion and more alcohol, we left after the show and headed to his place for some reckless irresponsible fun. He acted like a total girl (sorry for gender stereotyping) and became insanely attached. Dude could NOT take the hint that it was a one-shot deal, despite me attempting on the regular to clue him in. Eventually, I started dating hubs, and when we changed our Facebook relationship statuses, he send me a barrage of hateful text messages before unfriending me and leaving me in peace.

The third craziest thing I've done is joining Suicide Girls! I've wanted to for about ten years, but when I turned 18, I wasn't nearly brave enough. I never told the guy I was seriously dating at that point, but the guys and girls I dated after then were very supportive (and still are.) My husband is also extremely supportive and proud, because he knows how long I've wanted to pursue this!
