Well... It's about that time in my life, yet again, where I look at who I am and what I'm doing and move forward.
I'm afraid I have to move forward without this place. My sub is up early November and it's not being renewed again.
The people who I joined to keep contact with are gone from the site. The SG community in the place where I live now doesn't match the place I lived when I joined.
The sentiment of the strange banding together against the oppressive mundane no longer holds a sense of pride. Instead, from this vantage, it just looks like a new conformity.
