I woke up this morning and spent over an hour trying to talk myself out of a panic attack. No, my life isn't horrible, or more stressful than usual. As a matter of fact, I don't have school, so I have even less stress right now than usual. Every few months, it seems, my brain seems to short out and try to send me into panic mode. Most of the time, I can talk myself out of it and force myself to relax. Once in a while, I just have to let it run its course. There are just some times where my body and brain are working against me.
