Yeah... so I'm trying to be healthier. Sleep is still iffy, sometimes I can sleep, sometimes I can't, and I haven't found a helluva lot of things that can change that, but I'm taking naps often and trying to get more sleep when possible. I cooked myself country fried steak today, but paired it with whole wheat stuffing, and beets (I love beets) I love stir-fries, so I'm going to eat more oriental-ish toward the end of the week, and I'm going to make jumbalaya with chicken and shrimp tomorrow. I'm gonna eat what I want, when I want, and I'm only gonna eat what I like, but I'm just going to eat more of the healthy stuff. Won't be giving up my Pop vice, either. Sorry, can't do it, I love the taste of my Mountain Dew too much and I detest the disgusting taste of the diet version. I'm just going to replace a few glasses a day with water or tea. My main thing is to move more. I'm sick of being out of shape, I'm sick of getting out of breath and tired so easily. I'm going to walk 25-30 mins 4 days this week, and lift weights- it just makes me feel strong and confident, so I'm going to be lifting 2-3 times a week. We'll see if I can stick to it this week.
