I've been really busy with school lately, this week is midterms. I had my brother up at my place last weekend, we had tons of fun, watched movies, played with the kittens, picked on each other, played video games, and ate chinese, pizza and snickerdoodles! It got down to -19 F here on Saturday, so we holed up and made our own fun. I finally finished my project on the old trunk I rescued from my grandparents burn pile, and it's sitting in my room adding rustic charm, as well as much-needed storage. Most of my spiritual stuff is in there, so unless someone knows what to look for, they won't know from the stuff laying around that I'm a witch. The herbs and mortar and pestle were enough to freak my roommates out (they were thinking I was going to poison them :whatever so I'm not going to freak people out with my athame, wand, and pentacle out in the open. Now, my fake skull, wrought iron and candles they're just going to have to deal with. I've also got one of the purple satin curtain panels I toiled over the other weekend hanging up, two more to go. My birthday is next Tues, so the fam and I are celebrating my birthday this Sat. I picked a little restaurant in Conrad to have supper. The peanut appetizers and shells thrown on the floor freak me out a little as I am dangerously allergic to peanuts, but their stuffed sole is devine! So, I'm going to take a nap this afternoon since I've gotten 7 hours of sleep in the last two days. Late.
