I've been getting in trouble lately for my political views. Actually my views in general I think. Between the torturing of POW's and decapitation of Berg, to starving ethiopian children...I've probably been a little too "voicterous." Funny how a conversation can come to a complete stand still once you've said something that someone doesn't agree with. I would rather you go "you know, I don't really agree with that...and here's why." At least then a healthy conversation ensues. But I've been met with silence more times than not. And what happens there is that things don't get fleshed out...a perspective is lost and no one is the wiser for it.

I guess that is how the filtering starts. Makes you aware of who you can have conversations like that with.
