One thing that gets in my mind and drives me a little crazy - USA there is no such thing as 'free speech'. I just wish people would take their guns away and take their idea of free speech away and maybe we could move on. I mean really.
Oh and compulsory voting so that the president could ACTUALLY reflect the people and not just the people who care to vote or bought to vote.
Really, really and really.
And fix your education to tell close to truths in school. Like am I only the only person who's history teacher told them that in WWII USA dropped the bomb AFTER Japan gave up? I mean, some historian guy found all this evidence to support this - but eh - it doesn't make a great story does it? Don't get me wrong my history teacher gave us all sides of the WWII story but he gave that one as well. And it helps in making up your own mind about events and how you see the world. History should be compulsory in western multicultural societies. We all need to know the history of our ideals right?
And fund some of the poor in education to create balance - and not just sport scholarships.
And stop putting sugar in all of your fucking foods!!!
And... no body else eats genectically modified food - so why you?
What else... get off your arses and walk and stop making everything a freaking drive thru.
Quit preaching god - let the churches do that.
Stop driving big cars and wasting fuel.
Work on having a defence force - not an offence force.
Fix your own countries problems before working on others.
Look at my finger pointing like I sit in a seat of great heights. We are becomming just like you and no one knows. We've cut funding in our education so our kids are these rejects consumed by consumerism and trend, oh and we're getting poor people again. We've cut funding on the hospital system - and managing to abolish every Australian's right to being able to see a doctor and not die.
Now we can all aspire to be middle class instead of just being it. The whole thing the diggers told us was 'Lest We Forget' - did we forget why we're a country with a socialist conscious? WWI & WWII people - all those men dying in the trenches - put there to die as the strategic battle against some evil force that had nothing to do with our little sunburnt country. Yeah - lest we forget how many of the men were wiped out leaving a small shell of a country behind - that went into a great depression. So we adopted that 'help your neighbour' attitude to get through it all that managed to carry through to government. Now let's all fuck off that attitude because it wastes money - what is money anyway? Who wants to have money over quality of life?
Now America - know how much you hold free speech to your hearts - but the $ runs your government and the $ runs your media and the $ runs your courts and the $ runs your ideals. If free speech is ruining the $, it's ruining your country. Don't fight for free speech - fight the $.
