Well no one died today at work..this weekend was very long and busy. Working at a local hospital in the ED..Yeah I know I said I was a rancher and farmer..which I am. Its funny the gheot rats will sit in our waiting room for 8 hours bitching and complaining about how slow the service is. With all the people in the waiting room you would think it was a n all you can eat special. I mean come on if you come to the ER with a muscle cramp you need to be bitvh slapped up sid the head... Any way is was a good weekend with some really sick people...and now the kids are coming in as well with some pertty good upper respiratory issues... I would rather take care of the kids then the cry baby adults who feel that their constipation from three days of anal sex is an emergency. Or the cry baby man with wall to wall tattoos who bitches about a fucking i.v poke..and then cries like a virgin on prom night... No matter stupid people appear to be my job security...

Well you know me only in passing....or better put after they intubate a petient you take a photo to see if my tube is in the right hole and in the right spot... A few people know I have a crush on you..like Bill the paramedic and Jess the EMT..but other then that I keep it to myself. ..
