Yes. It has a bacony, a breakfast bar and a 360' panoramic view of Seattle and Mount Rainier. YEAH RIGHT! More like 180' view of the house next door and the only breakfast bar is those cereal bars you get at the store.

To answer your questions. Yes. It does rain like crazy in Seattle about 9 months a year and as for the drama, it's all a case of "he said/she said" and backstabbing and lies and shit!
