Concert Night

I have been trying to save for some time,I have quite expensive hobbies. However,this weekend I've indulged myself with a couple treats. Friday noon was Star Wars time,and last night I attended a concert. The main act was "La Maravillosa Orquesta del Alcohol" ("the Wonderful Alcohol Orchestra),and the opening act by "Monnshine Wagon" You can infer quite a boozy mood,but they play GREAT music. The Wagon is a double bass,guitar/banjo & fiddle trio with a southern/folk style. I didn´t know them before yesterday,but they put a good show out.

The ones I had listened to before were MODA,and although you could read about them as having influences ranging from Dropkick Murphys to Johnny Cash,the truth is they are on a league of their own,with an original sound and some lyrics about life and not giving up. They have albums in Spanish and English,so check them if you can.
