Today I had to tell my staff that due to loosing 2 big clients they would need to choose between taking a 25% pay cut or I would have to make people redundant. I never want to have to go through that again, and I am glad I have such supportive and committed staff.
Sometimes running your own company can really ruin your day. I need a Hug!
