Our cats are sick again. Tuesday I woke up to finding vomit everywhere (and some poop, not nearly as much as the vomit). While I was at work Ember said Madison was throwing up a few more times. She dropped him off at the vet and we picked him up later that night. Several tests and billions of dollars later they did not find any reason for it.
Though they found some other things. He's overweight (no way! really?!) and has small kidneys. They also found no evidence of his Tracheitis. Sigh. We're still expecting to hear back on the lab results from his blood work. Hopefully they'll find something that we can treat.
If they don't find anything, it'll just be, "Oh, he has a sensitive stomach!" Okay. Can we fix that? Do you have any extra stomachs in the back? Can we trade in his existing one? Maybe something smaller so he'd lose some weight? No? Okay.
And Midna was being very affectionate this weekend, which she only does when she's sick. Monday or Tuesday she started keeping her eyes [mostly] closed at all times, and there's some redness around her eyelids. She's still hyperactive though. But if her eyes don't get better soon we'll have to take her to the vet soon.
These poor kitties!!!
In better news,... well, no, I'll let her mention it first. I'm so happy for her.
In completely different news, I'm tired and it's too effing cold out. Stupid snow. Screw Winter.
