Things:
I left work after 7:30 PM.
I almost got locked in at work. Luckily I managed to find a lone editor plugging away upstairs. And thank god I know the door combination to get to the third floor. First thing tomorrow morning I'm asking for a set of keys.
Thank god no one set the alarm on me forcing me to explain myself to the police as they cuff me and throw me into the paddy wagon/van. [Again. Sigh...]
I deleted my .Mac email alias that I use for work (firstName.lastName@mac.com) because my main one (sameAsMySGUsername@mac.com) is retarded and unprofessional. Once an alias is deleted, it's impossible to reactivate it through the website. I sent Apple some feedback about it and I checked a few minutes ago and the email alias is back. Thank god. They didn't email me back, so that means I can't thank them.
The Comcast/On Demand Comedy Open Mic open is so damn close to being done. Tomorrow morning I need to submit what I have so they can shoot it down for not looking like the boards that were accepted.
I'm really tired.
I actually ate dinner tonight.
My MBP has 8 minutes of battery left.
I need more RAM for the MBP (currently 2 GB) because running Mac OS X, Safari, Photoshop, Adium, iTunes, Mail, TextEdit, Preview, and Parallels / Windows XP virtualizing After Effects and 3ds max 9 leave me with about 20 MB of RAM free (and about 1.25 GB listed as "wired" in Activity Monitor and like 40 MB as inactive (ready to be paged to disk)).
I'm really fucking tired.
2 GB SO-DIMMs for my MBP are anywhere from $120-750. Crucial's is about $375 and I don't trust the generic shit. Which means I'm not buying more and instead waiting for CS3 so I can stop using Windows almost completely.
CS3 comes out April. Hooray birthday present for myself!
Five minutes of battery left.
The dog smells.
I'm feeling better. I'm almost out of antibiotics. However I'm still blowing my nose off and on, but I'm coughing all day long. I'm thinking I have a nasal drip thing because it feels like something's tickling my throat. And it's not cat or dog hair.
Two minutes left. I'm gonna post this before the machine goes to sleep.
