my ass hurts from yesterdays class...
a new thing happend, i attended a hata yoga class, and it wass very intresting, im a hard core ashtangy, but i guess we can move our bodies in diferent ways, and i liked smething that the teache said. "yogis seek the muscles of a cat, very lean and close to the bone, so cats are stong but light..." or something like that.

we are days away from our 200 independence year celebrartion, and i feel that theres nothing to celebrate, mexico is saddly one country with a lot of diferences, that i belive originated from the independence, and i have the feeling that every one (at least a lot of people) has forgoten the origins of the mexican culture, fom the prehispanic people, even though we literally eat it every day with a lot of diferent foods, starting with tortillas...the aztec spoon
and well there's some sort of liberty..but also a lot of repression..well i dont like to go polits on you..so
200 years with nothing to celebate.
