I just had a totally insane weekend!!!! It started with going biking on friday.So much fun!!!! We had a great day on the mountain.It was great they built some new stunts on a few of the trails during the week so we hit them all.Theres a new bridge that they built that ends with a 8 feet wide and 10 feet down gap to a beautiful tranny.So sweet!!!!! The day ended a little shitty though....i flatted my back tire on a kicker,and on my second to last run i had a little spill and hurt my hand and wrist.All good though....it hurts but not bad enough to stop me from riding....i'm going tomorrow.

Saturday night we went to the roller derby.INSANE!!!!! It was our Montreal girls vs. some team in the states.From Pennsylvania if i'm not mistaken.It was the last game of this season....and it was nuts!!!! The girls were playing so dirty....tones of wicked hits and slams.The Montreal girls won!!!! Fucking sweet!!!!

Sunday was Canada Day!!!!! A bunch of us went to the Manu Chao show for the Montreal Jazz Festival.The show was amazing!!! Manu Chao is an incredible musician and his band just killed it.It was an outdoor show....really cool....but it rained on us during the opening acts.....not so cool.The Planet Smashers were one of the opening acts and our really good friend Scott is their drummer....so that was awesome to see him play.There was 23000 people at the show.So much fun!!!!!

Now i need sleep!!!!!
