I just saw something terrible when I got off the train a few minutes ago. I heard this dog barking to the point that it was getting hoarse. All the houses were dark so I decided to investigate. I went up the driveway and saw this beautiful pitbull who statred to do that high pitched thing because it was excited to see someone. It was so sweet. The kennel they kept it in outside (which I am totally against) was full of poop and a significant amount of snow. The dog house was shabby plywood and unheated. I was so angry. I called the SPCA to make a complaint and hopefully will report back with some good news soon.
