My working vacation was too much work and not enough vacation. I did see some lovely places though. Mostly through windows. I met some great people. Well, people who think they are great...that's almost the same isn't it?
Actually one of them was pretty cool. Smart, funny. And quite beautiful. She worked for one of our vendors. I wish I'd gotten a last name. Even if I probably wouldn't do anything with the information.
Anyway, I'm back. We accomplished what we hoped to accomplish. I guess that's satisfying. My friends who have 9 to 5 jobs assure me those aren't satisfying either, but sometimes I wonder...
Not much else going on. How are all of you?

I am ok, although I realized i was miscalculating what I'd have available for my own travel in the not too distant future.
On the booming Beatles tip, I recommend in this order: XO, then Figure 8, then From A Basement On the Hill (the latter his first posthumous). Then you are welcome to go back to the beginnings at your leisure, but I lately concern myself mainly with the Beatles-freakout-Smith. Eventually tell me what you think of XO because that's one of my "all time" personal loves.
Not to harp but I remember when he was alive not being able to believe how well he brought the Beatles back...it was crazy. And then it was gone.
Nice to meet you!
