Have you ever had one of those weeks, where you want to stand in the middle of a busy street and scream and scream and scream until your lungs bleed, just cause you think you'd feel a bit better after?

Been there. I find putting on really loud music then screaming into a pillow kinda helps. Then punching the pillows. Hope you feel better soon.

I'd like to point out I have nothing against pillows.
