so my birthday came and went. I got a little verklempt at one point cause it was the first time I was away from home on my birthday.
yeah I'm a mamma's girl weirdo. but it was still fun. I got all drunk and played cards with ryans parents and grandparents. it was so rad.
I used this time on the island to act like a hoodlum again, drinking coolers and whipping tennis balls at ryans little brother. now all I have to do is go hang out in front of the 7-11 and try to get invited to the older kids parties when they stopped by to get mix.
yeah we actually did that. we were way lame.
I'm off to go give one of the dogs a bath and give him a little mohawk. he's disgustingly cute already, lets hope I don't die of insulin shock, he''s so sweet. ba dum dum

Oh cool, which of them do you know? The rollerderby sounds like it was a lot of fun. I'd like to come to a match sometime (since I couldn't play - no carecard and all)... are they regular events?
