inform me cutie!
marieceleste:
Yes, very much
I go red, then I try to laugh at myself, but it usually takes some time.
I believe I can. I think it is manners to say "Thank You".
This is difficult, as I have been downloading music all afternoon, so right now I am listening to You Never Can Tell by Chuck Berry, and it's pushing out any possible mind music. I often worry that I will end up like the old woman in The Man Who Mistook His wife for a Hat, she has music playing in her head and sometimes it is so loud that it drowns out the real world. When I'm feeling really uncertain and freaked out I sometimes find myself manically singing "Jingle Bells". Scarey.
And in answer to your last question: YES.

the first thing I uttered today was the first line of 'you shook me all night long', by ACDC, it was playing on the radio when i was in the shower

i tried to emulate the lead singer's high pitched growly voice, and now my throat is a bit itchy..

..aaand, why is your sky always better than mine..?

marieceleste:
That is one helluva moon.

I love that I get my load of tomotoes when the moon is full. It makes me feel somehow connected to the heavens.

And I have to say I mostly like the iTunes shuffle. I'm just digging all the fab music I've downloaded.

Here is something you MUST SEE. bok

I've been wanting to see 'the children' and 'frightmare' for a while now. They both look good, yet I haven't seen them even though they're pretty old.

How are you today - I haven't even heard DCFC yet - my last roommate told me their name was from the Bonzo Dog Band from the 60's or something? I might have to look up those films... smile

January 22 marks the 32nd anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's announcement of its decision in Roe v. Wade, the case that legalized abortion nationwide.

The decision challenged a Texas statute that made it a crime to perform an abortion unless a woman's life was at stake. The case had been filed by "Jane Roe," an unmarried woman who wanted to safely and legally end...

so which sense is most strongly tied to your memories?

for me id say sound because music seems to dominate my memory.i remember the song that was playing when i lost my virginity, the song playing when i heard my gramma died. also certain records totally remind me of certain times in my life.

but then also smells. a smell can bring back a strong...

have you ever written a letter to the editor?

whats better? to be happy or content?

to you believe that pain begets joy?

what is the nicest thing you can think of right this second?

*looks in medicine cabinet* Needs to go to phamacy.

Portland would be good. Well, lots of places in the US would be good. The list is quite long, on the plus side it'd be worth going through US customs if I was actually going to the US, unlike the last times when I've been enroute elsewhere.

Trying to arrange an exchange trip at the moment though... I think it has to be Minnesota or St Louis (due to exchange scheme rules).
the_mekon:
heh. i picked it up from the late great comedian peter cooke. when talking about being trapped on some ice with only bears for company, he said 'strictly speaking, they're not vegetarians..'

for some reason thats always stuck..

whats new today?

I think I get your point!!! Sorry, I had to
leave but, I have to exercise. Now, I'm ready to answer your questions.
My day was quite good, I made a Libertines mix & did a lot of biking around town. the smell that reminds me of being a kid? Clorine & rain I would have to say. I've been swimming for 30yrs. Some reason I always connect rain with my youth. The last thing that made me laugh out loud? Hum, I was reading that Time article about the power of laughing lastnight actually. I think night when I made some comment in aqua fitness class about this or that. I'm the class clown & make the others laugh a lot. Is less more? My
motto is quality over quantity!!!!! Except in the case of my music collection!! Do I hold the handrail on the excalater? No, I don't but, I'm close enough if need be. I don't like to touch where many hands have. Great questions! How about you on these? What shows have you seen? What's your fav E.Smith cd?
Was the pic front or back? What are your plans for the weekend?
the_mekon:
thats a..nice freckle. a good way to start the day

yes I have to agree about vodka. nothing rocks the party like clear spirits do..

maxwellxdemon:
Hey there,

Well, very interesting indeed maybe you could sort of push the tech out? I'd love to answer those questions but, I have a date with a pool!! I've lived here all my life. I saw Blur the first time at La Luna as well as other greats. I'll be back around 9:30. Glad your day went well. Take care till then>
