so im the boss at work. i had to put an employee on a 'last chance agreement' today. it made my stomach hurt. shes like 15 min late every day, falsified her timecard, and calls in sick either after her shift starts, on my cell phone at 245am, or not at all. what is up with that behavior? ugh. shes been with us 2.5 years....
