On Monday I start a new diet and exercise plan. I want to slim down, tone up and strengthen my body.
Totally inspired by Lisbeth Salander, Noomi Rapace totally went all out for the character and if she can do it, so can I.
After reading this article/img] I'm going to cut out all carbs, all sugar and focus out drinking plenty of water, eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and eating lean protein. I also want to tone up through kick boxing, however I don't know whether to use a punching bag and just go for it or pay lots for lessons. I'll think about that this weekend. The reason I'm starting on Monday is because I'm going to Auckland to drink beer, eat lots of food and have a fucking great time.
