so my week has been fun.....Incase you couldn't catch it over the internet I was being facetious.
So I injured myself at work...I was helping a customer lift a 100lbs heavy bag into his truck. he kid ( he couldn't have been over 17 ) asked me to help after he bought it so I said ok. We both grabbed a side and I lifted and came right up. He did not lift. Needless to say it sent a shockwave through my lower back. I have sense been to the hospital emergency room a specilist and a workmans comp doctor.
Basically they said this
"you have at least a lumbar sprain"
"you will need physical therapy 3 times a week"
"90% sure you will not need surgery"
so yeah, basically bed rest and sitting online.
um but yes if your bored write me, because I will be bored,
or come play Xbox with me.
