It's another that I turned in to my poetry techniques class that I'm planning on revising soon, but any MORE feedback would be great... particularly- does it confuse you? do you feel the changing points of view are distracting?

Quite a globe, no. Flatter. More sapphire
Than the world ever was. Imagine an
Ocean, drowning continents, swallowing
Them in monstrous watery jaws. Will it
Drown feelings this way?

So small to be an entire world but watch: it
Compresses the layers of me as
I place it neatly on my tongue as a sacrament. Read
Wellbutrin as though it were
A destination: and then unmoor yourself,
Set sail for better waters.

Columbus, expecting to find India, landed
Elsewhere- but he never did
