hmm...let's see...it's been a while...

I'm beginning to feel like this emotional rollercoaster I've been on is coming to an end. Hopefully.

I feel back into smoking. I'm going to quit when the weather gets nice enough for me to bike again. That's how I managed to stop in the first place.

School is good. I've got next quarter off from teaching. That means in two weeks I'm research fellowship until October. In August I'm to madrid for the ICM (it's the biggest math conference in the world, it happens every 4 years, and they announce the Fields Medal winners, which is essentially the nobel prize for math, it commons with a million bucks). After that I'm off to Oslo for a week. For a workshop.

I still don't have anything original for my thesis but I feel like I'm getting some serious skillz. It's kind of like a Rocky montage.

I don't update because I'm seriously busy. So busy I'm thinking about dropping from the site...Not so busy that I wouldn't see y'all in real life still.
