" There is probably no more terrible instant of enlightenment than the one in which you discover your father is a man-- with human flesh." ---- Frank Herbert's Dune
I am reading Frank Herberts Dune, again I love that book....the guy can just get long winded though
.
I rented Wild Arms 3 a couple of days ago ( I have never played any of the Wild Arms series of video games) and I am actually enjoying the game....but then again I am a big dork like that
I am listening to music right now, the Buffy the vampire Slayer sound track to be exact. Enjoying the pleasent distraction of music.
All you ever hear about from the news nowadays is 'Six killed in 5 car pile-up'...I mean there is some of it that is funny, in a sick and twistedly morbid way, like "Six people and dog found dead in house".....but I mean there is only so much before it starts to get to ya and you start getting depressed and crap like that ....and it is times like this that I question why I fight being apathetic and the answer that keeps me for that decision is ninadelamorte......

Questions:
1) When I was very young, one and a half or so, I developed phenomena and quit breathing. My parents rushed me to the hospital and when they were arrived the nurse at the desk told them they had to wait in line. A line that was long, I was blue. Lucky for me, a doctor came in the room about that time. He fired the nurse and I got treatment.
2) I had a cat who died a few weeks ago who was 16 years old.
3) Ive been listening to a lot of industrial music. I'm more into punk/crust but my record player is broken and most of my punk is on vinyl. When I'm working on some sort of artist endeavor, I like to listen to Rasputina, Tom Waits, Ani Difranco or something else that fosters a lot of mental imagery.
