Thank you to the anonymous philanthropist who bought me a 3-month subscription to the site. I can only assume that it was a collective donation made by the most popular and pert-breasted SGs, whose longing for me in my absence must have been the stuff of epic poetry. I just finished deleting all of my old blog entries from 2005, as they were quite embarassing in a livejournal sort of way. However, since some stranger out there apparently cares, I'll give you a little update on the life of Spiderland since Nov. 2005:
- Graduated from RPI - Master's Degree in Architectural Acoustics - July '06
- Received a job offer with a firm in NYC almost immediately
- Moved to Brooklyn in August '06 (Williamsburg, aka Douchebag Village)
- Joined a band, broke some hearts, quit the band, drank a lot
- Millions of slices of Tony's Pizza
- Long-term girlfriend - outlook dubious at best
So much has changed in the last 3 years. I like that not much has changed around here. Perhaps I'll stick around this time. We shall see
