I think being around nature is one the best things for someone who's stressed!
To give some context, coping with stress was always very hard for me specially by being a neurodivergent person . A lot of common things can make me stressed such as strong lights, crowds, loud or repetitive noises, strong smells, etc
I deal with it besides the sensorial area. Being a mama for 4 cats, cammodel, content producer and SPECIALLY being an independent woman its very stressing.
I think that dealing with stress since I was a child gave me this feeling that I turned into and adult too fast and I still feel the impacts of it. To deal with it since such a young age made me very hyper vigilant and it makes coping with stress even harder.
Since I have so much stress, how do I deal with it?

Being with my cats always made me feel a lot better. Cats are so wonderful and cuteπ₯Ή They have such big impacts in my mind that is even hard to put into words. Being with my cats is definitely the thing that relaxes me the most, my cats are home and I love them so much β€οΈ.
Writing
Since I was a teenager I used to write as a coping mechanism.I write about my feelings when Im feeling overwhelmed, It makes me understand them better, focus and gives me the extravasate feeling that I talked about last blog.
Planning
I enjoy to plan when Im stressed, it can be just my day or what Im going to do in the next 15 years. The simple fact of planning can ease a my mind a looot!
Being with my friends
I love being with my friends, I always have lots of fun with them!
A very special friend that always helps me when Im stressed is @weedxfairy. She always takes me out, we gossip and laugh together!! She is my partner in crime and makes me feel much better in my hard days.
Yoga and meditation
When Im stressed It feels like my body simply wanna stay like that or do more stressing things, so I have to do something to get out of it/ break the cycle.
Yoga and meditation really helps me on that, to just focus on the present and relax.I do online yoga on a woman exclusive group and I like it very much :) I also use those two AUDIOS to meditate, they help me incredibly much.
Nature
As I said before, being in contact with nature is perfect to relax and to get your mind on the right place! Specially being someone who work from home in a computer, it's really important to remmember there is a world outside full of beautiful and interesting things to explore. When Im surrounded by nature even breathing feels different and I just feel ease.
For me, this is a very important question because models have to take care of a LOOOOT of things and it can be very stressful. I would like to know how they deal with it, I like the sensation that Im not the only one struggling with it, thank you @penny for the topic :)
