Happy summer to ya'll.
I've been busy. Since the beginning of the year I've worked on 3 feature films as the boom op. Pretty exciting for me, as Ive been trying to get more and more into sound on tv/film. Work has taken me mostly back home (ish) area. I grew up in Northern Ontario and now theres a lot of work getting done there film and tv wise. The last place I was working was in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Ive been there quite a bit, but always in the winter, so this was a first summer experience there. There were a lot of marina, outside sets so I was able to spend a lot of time on Lake Superior.
After that film I headed back home to Sudbury and spend a week at the camp (cottage)
Finally back in Toronto getting back to work here.
I got more birds (I know, I know.... I have to many) so I'm now up to 7. Not too many right? haha
