I finished all the bottling and now it's only 10 days until my latest batch of beer is ready to be enjoyed. I started with 5 gallons and it filled up 50 12oz. bottles and 3 22oz. bottles. It's an Irish Red and it smelled great. It's kind of weak in that it only came out to 4.3% but, hopefully the taste will make up for it.



I have not decided on a name or designed a label for this beer. Does anyone have a suggestion? I don't think many people read my blog but if I get a bunch of suggestions maybe I'll make it into a little contest and choose my favorite name. I'll let everyone know the result! Thanks for reading!
