Looks like I might have a spare ticket to brisbane SOUNDWAVE festival this weekend, not 100% sure just putting it out there incase so I have some options no use to me after saturday! I want $160 for it will drop it off saturday when I get there.

So I've decided I need to buy myself a house, I'm over paying so much rent each week paying off some other arseholes place for him when I could be paying off my own.

Anyone been through this recently any tips and advice would be really helpful?

yes do it buy a house ... My advice is to get a credit check done then go to the bank and get a pre approval and then start looking for a house ..
