spazzing

i got my financial aid check last night, the leftover monies that isn't used on tuition and is supposed to be used on books and school stuff. well, i already have my books and bought my parking pass (thanks to SWBdog ) so basically this money will go towards gas for the semester, which i need of course......
however, i have been itching for a new tattoo soooo badly. just a small something. and i got quoted at a good shop nearby for a great price sooooooooo the question is, should i use a portion of this money for tattoo??? i really wanna
