My sweet Cat and best pal Kymberlie have conspired to make it possible for me to go off on an extensive retreat incorporating social action and buddhism next week. Ain't that sweet?

Gawd, I haven't meditated in eons. eeek Monkey mind is gonna be outta fukkin' control. Wish me luck.
