if there is one thing that life has taught me is that I need to be brave.
that I need to take those steps before me by planting my feet firmly when they hit the ground.
what the hell do I know about life?
other than how it pierces through the skin like a sharp dagger and punctures holes so deep that no stitches, no bandages, no ointments can repair.
dammit, I can taste the negativety absorbing into my taste buds!
but like with all foul flavors,
I wash it down with something more stronger, more delightful ,
more bareable.
my sky looks a bit cloudy today.
lucky for me,
I have this here sturdy umbrella that will keep me dry and so now nothing can get in my way.
was that a speed bump on my road?
looks like there's more ahead of me,
lucky for me I'm insured,
so even if I crash,
I will still be sturdy as I can be.
it is my voice that tells me what to do,
it is my choice that will get me through.
if there's one thing that life has taught me,
is to love all that I can be ,
Trust all that I am.
It all comes down to me,
