ouchie, the inside of my cheek hurts, and its cut up pretty badly. dont you hate it when you try to chew your face off? i got my workout gear on, but i really should be cleaning the room, specially if someone special is coming back tonight *crosses fingers*. hehe, its only saturday, i love that! even though, i pretty much went to bed early on thursday. come june, i will be in kick ass shape if i keep working out like this! i did about 13 miles in 30 mins yesterday on the stationary bike, hill profile at the highest level. i dont know what "good" is as far as biking goes. i know that a 5 min mile is good for running, but im lucky if i can get a 15 min mile!!! i hate running, but that is what i see all the fit people doing, and i feel like such a tool when everyone is hauling ass on the treadmills and im barely making a "power" walk. smoking is bad. i made a vow (barely sober) not to buy anymore cloves...ah well, see ya at the gym!
