fluctuation between insecurity and narcissim, yay for my hot, smart, sexy ass....predictably unpredictable...so, um, music is pretty theraputic to some degree, working out also helps...found out that while the repative cardio-machinery may get the job done as far as calorie-burning, i enjoy dancing way more than simply walking on the stair-master. you can see me bouncing up and down to icon of coil at the gym, its probably a funny sight....anyway, fun fun grooving beats, from our neighbors to the north: MDM My fave song is entitled "Out of Control", zee lyrics:
