hello! i can't believe i haven't posted since June 12! i have a good multi-tiered excuse though: the computer has been in pieces for the move, i just got my phone service hooked up & even though i can access the internet at work, they frown upon the content of this site... 
so, i finally have all my stuff moved to my new place & most of it is actually unpacked. i'm diggin' the new pad for a wide variety of reasons, but 1 big 1 is that my friends are living right next door. even though they scream at their kids too much, i would probably be feeling pretty lonely if they weren't right next door. we bbq almost every day with fresh meats supplied by the butcher. YUMMY!!! so it's like we're having miny parties all week. sweet...i know that dogs love the extra human interaction they are getting & they seem to be settling in just fine.
i helped the consumer of resources move his stuff cuz i'm a fuckin' saint. this is always a test in patience since he likes to bitch at me until snap & then he asks me why i'm being such a bitch. huh? so yesterday as i helped him lug his crap, i discovered that he's throwing out loads of stuff that i've given him. (of course i don't see him giving up the freekin' surround sound system that i gave him...) this fit with the petty picture i have of him in my mind & i thought i should dothe same thing, but then i realized i can't do that cuz HE NEVER BOUGHT ME ANYTHING!!! no wonder i think of it all as mine: IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i'm glad i have my friends next door to give me a reality check once in a while. they have born witness to the consumer's gargantuan baby fits & have confirmed that this is the happiest that they've ever seen me.
the job is still going well & i'm actually starting to know stuff. of course this means they expect me to do more work now...the corporate raiders are demanding more money, which makes me sooo glad that i am not on the managment team. after what i went thru at my last job, it's so been there done that for me. i just smile & nod, point & click. i am also enjoying not knowing anyone too well yet. i guess i'm still in the honeymoon phase & trying to stay there for as long as possible...

As for the ring, What kind of stone? How big?
My favorite source for loose mountings is stuller.com, they have just about everything. you won't be able to get prices, but if you find something from them you like I can look up the price and order it and set it for you. Go to showroom then mountings then colored stones then by shape of stone and size and type of metal. I hope that helps.
