Ugh I have been so tired lately. I blame my diet because I have been doing my best to get more sleep though no matter how much I have gotten I still nearly fall asleep in class and almost always fall asleep at home afterward. My diet has been horrible since starting class 5 weeks ago. I'm so glad my quarterly detox is fast approaching. I desperately need it. I plan on doing a 30 MC this go around. I did 10 days last quarter and that was my first successful attempt at it. 30 days will be hard but so worth it. I want to add a couple of weeks of juice fasting to it as well to replenish vitamins and minerals to my malnourished body.
I believe that with a healthy raw food diet we can avoid and even reverse many chronic diseases. Its not easy with the American diet prevalent in everyone around me. I have a horrid diet. Drink little to no water, no fruits or veggies to speak of and more often than not its highly processed, fatty and greasy.
