Tomorrow starts day 1 of my cleanse. Its going to be 30 days long if I can hold out that long. My last one lasted 10 and it was my first successful attempt. Wish me luck. I'll keep you posted with pics and weight and other stats.

It really sucks to see the ones you love hurting. I think that its special that your dad could talk to you about it for an hour no less. You showing that you care and worry that much about him proves that your not shit! I've always felt you couldn't help who you loved but who you love may not be who or what's best for you. You know that you loved her and in the end that's all that matters. If she can't see that you loved her then that's for her to deal with. Sounds like to me you did what you had to do for you. Remember stay positive and you will find someone that loves you as much as you love them.

Alright so I got volunteer of the quarter for the second quarter in a row now. I didn't actually think I was going to get it but now I think I'll go for four and cover the whole year.

I got a new piercing!!!

The apprenticeship is iffy at best. I may just have to wait a few years. I am on the island for just another year and a half unless I go to school for nursing then it might be longer but there are too many ifs so its a no until I know how long I will be here for sure.

Ugh I have been so tired lately. I blame my diet because I have been doing my best to get more sleep though no matter how much I have gotten I still nearly fall asleep in class and almost always fall asleep at home afterward.
