It's great to be driving around in a modern vehicle. Don't get me wrong I fucking love my buiey ...
... truth be known the car needed work before that one month pounding I gave her and now she needs even more. Since I am a lead foot I love to drive high speeds and high speeds in an old car are very envigorating, because it's almost death defying when you make it to your destination in one peace. Especially given all the other retards that are driving in morning rush hour traffic.
Since I drove her this is the laundry list that is now wrong with the car:
1.) I am down to one headlight, as the high and low beams are both burnt out on the driverside of the car and on the passenger side only the high beams work and they are very dim at that.
2.) The head gaskets need to be replace direly. The oil is now pouring out of the car as fast as I can get it in.
3.) The serpentine belt needs to be replace, its starting to crack and I can see the threads that are holding it together.
4.) The Door latch is busted on the front passenger side door.
While driving home from work one day it swung wide open as I was making a turn and scared the shit out of me, so I zip tied it shut as a temporary fix.
5.) My lead foot hit a bump in the road, I bottomed out the car and sent sparks all over the place (it was really cool looking almost like Jesse James '51 chevy), destroying the chrome on the underbelly of the bumpers. I happend to be driving in at night and the sparks freaked out the old couple behind me. They pulled up next to me at the next light and told me my car was on fire, I laughed cause it wasn't.
6.) That event also broke a larger hole into my exhaust pipes, I think it may have also damaged my exhaust manifolds but I haven't checked.
7.) To match that the slaming of the car pounded the rear suspension breaking a control arm and causing the car to have even more of a boat like feel when I drive it down the road.
Well, thats all I have to say for now. I will be holding a poker game here very soon, thinking of makeing it an SGTX Poker night tell me what you think also if and when you can make it.
