I am going on day three of no sleep. I am not understanding what the problem is. The last three nights I end up falling asleep by 11 and I am wide awake by 1:30. I am unable to fall back to sleep and my days are dragging... Grrrr...

About a week after I started my current job I picked up the swine flu, and the meds that I got for it sorted me out but kept me waking up or not getting to sleep, and that lasted into my next work week, after the first few days I got off the meds but I think by that time it was psychologically set in my mind... like I'd worry bout getting to sleep, so I wouldn't be able to get to sleep... I ended up trying some different sleeping pills and stuff and settled on something called "Tranquil Sleep" by Natural Factors that I got at a health food store, it's a mix of 5htp, suntheanie, and melatonin. It really helped me a lot and got me back on track and all that. Maybe give some mix of those supplements a shot?

i am right there with you sista. i sleep for like an hour and half and then boink. no fun. my eyes are killing me. im going to drink some tea. cheeers to your sweetface , eyes closed on a pillow somewhere.happy valentines day too.
