what a fantastically beautiful day!!!!!! Finally a bit warm and seems like everyone is out and about enjoying the sunshine.
Saw Metallica last weekend. What a great show, my buddy scored us general admission tickets that gave us full access to The Rock in Newark. A stage was set up on center ice where my Devils play and we had free rein to go where we pleased. Was so cool to be standing just mere feet from those rock legends. Here's a pic I sneaked with my cell phone.... as usual there was a major No Camera ban for the night
Was a really good time. Machine Head was o.k. but a big surprise of the night was The Sword who kicked off the show and kicked it hard. Highly recommend checking them out for any of the metal heads out there.
And on the flip side I'm going into NYC next Friday night to see moe.

Looks like it's safe for me to start following hockey seriously again after many years of apathy. My Blackhawks look like they may be going somewhere. Unfortunately, they've shown no ability to beat the Redwings.
