Number of shopping days until my Quarter-Century Birthday....



My birthday is turning out amazing already!! I have a load of very special people coming to celebrate at my luau....and I've already received some amazing gifts!

Thanks to quietlythere, this beautiful purse is now mine!!!!!


And thanks to the lovely Jabroni, I now have a new picture frame to fill!! I may wait until after the birthday and fill it with those pictures, so it all goes together!


My sister came down to visit, as I said, and she left yesterday. We had gone shopping for a dinner dress to wear for my b-day dinner, and didn't find anything. I went in a few other stores once she left and found the perfect one.....but it was $60!!! I refuse to spend that on a dress that isn't for a wedding. So last night, after work, I did a little more shopping, and found one I absolutely love! And for $19.99!! Woo hoo!! I also got the boy some clothes, since Belk & JCPenney were having amazing sales....We're talking $200 worth of clothes for $50....I think it was about 6 or 7 shirts, a pair of shorts and a tie!

So today, I need to run out and try to find an outfit for the luau, and get wrapping paper to wrap a certain someone (ahem, Tailin) birthday present! I also want to take a look at this grill...my mom called to tell me about it, and she'll probably have me buy it, her put the money in my account, and claim it is a Christmas present!!

Then later, it's up to the lake to enjoy the day with some friends!!!
