I feel like I'm going to explode. Or maybe that my brains will leak out of my ears. My stomach has been acting strangely and my jaw/ear doesn't work right. If I open my mouth too wide or at a funny angle it hurts like hell and then won't close all the way until I force it. Days have been melting together. I never remember when it is or what I should be doing. Or whether I've been sleeping or eating too much or too little. Sadly, I neither drink nor take drugs, so this must be a physical thing. I should probably see a doctor or something.
But on the plus side, the semi-delusional states I slip in to allow me to doodle Nintendo characters for hours on end and come up with semi-decent t-shirt and tattoo ideas.

Hello love, please as a nurse I am telling you to go get immediate help! You may be very sick and need a vaccination! Tetanus! Otherwise a Fairy garden is a lovely little shade garden with Hostas and flowers and fairy statues that has a bench or chairs for meditation or quiet time. On May Day the fairies leave little presents for the children to plant the garden again for the next year! It's sweet tradition! Please feel better.
