during the time of the 2nd world war, tesla it was rummered had invented a "Death Ray" and brought his invention to the us government, and of course like almost all of tesla's inventions it was ill - recieved. months later tesla bought the farm. less then a year later the us bomber was mesteriously brought out of the skys of russia. it is said that the surviving piolet saw a flash of light befor the plane lost controle.
after teslas death the government sezed many of of tesla's hafe concevied invention paper work ect.
the military now has a laser capable of emiting a micro wave beam that brings the water on the skins surface to a boil, causeing no perminant damge but very very much pain.
it is known' around the pentagon as the death ray.
the phrase comes to mind "why by the cow when you can get the milk for free."
