Well I made it back safe(ish) and sound. Not sure what hurts more tho, my internal organs or my wallet..... It really feels as if somebody has replaced my l;iver and kidneys with 3 medicine balls. Ach well, at least I had fun poisoning myself!!!


Am off for a look see what I have missed, and to comment on some journals.....
