What a crappy day.....didn't sleep the last 2 nights........migraine.......no crazy pills.....bad weather coming. My head is a mess.

are you out of medication..god, that sucks..such an unpleasant experience..I used to take xanex every night for years to help me sleep..I ran out when I had the flu..which actually helped me quit taking them, I felt so shitty that I didn't notice the drug withdrawl
